Package for those who want to make sure their server works without fail

The support package is for you if you use the self-hosted version of Bitrix24 and you want to entrust all the cares concerning your server's work to the professionals. We will undertake the server monitoring and administration, ensure its stable operation, and advise on all arising issues. If anything goes wrong, we will contact the vendor and make our best to find the most effective solution.


In terms of the package we will:

  • Administrate and configure the server software;

  • Arrange data backup to the customer's storage media;

  • Update server software based on BitrixVM;

  • Communicate with the vendor and the hosting service provider on all technical issues in case of failures.

How it works

We create an enclosed space — an extranet group — in our Bitrix24 and invite to it all your employees participating in the project. In the group, you can set the tasks and ask us any questions regarding the project.

The basic version of the package includes 6 hours per month of our specialists' work. We evaluate all technical tasks before the implementation starts so that you know the amount of the planned labor costs before the project is launched.

We deliver the services from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. MSK on weekdays. The response time is 8 working hours. Works related to the software updates and customization are carried out outside the client's normal working hours.

Price

The minimum amount of services — 6 hours of work. If you need support hours, please let us know in the comments to the order form, and we will make you an individual offer.
